January 18th. Saturday: Pt.2

Full pipe epicness
Full pipe epicness

Saturday, January 18th

Stop #2: Hollywood
Mega epic park! Complete with a bloody full pipe! Park is sweet, it’s connected to a rec center and it’s 3 bucks to get in. With it’s massive walls you can get some serious height on the full pipe. I give it a 8/10. Mainly because it’s HUGE!!! The first time I came here and I wasn’t as good at riding, I had to put my bike down into the bowl then slide in after it just to ride the thing! Great park though.

Day 1

Concrete trail run epicness
Concrete trail run epicness
January 18th. Saturday.

First park of the day: Craig Ranch. Awesome massive bowls with fun hips and a nice MEGA over vert cap in one of them. Nice lines with a concrete trail run line. Overall first impression: 8/10.
8 because since it’s a new park, there is a lot of people and lots of little kids who like to snake you when you least expect it. Maybe in a couple of years when the hype has died down, it will jump up on the list.

Our Ride – aka: The Gatormobile

the_van

Our primary mode of transportation is a 2003 Chevy Express 3500 . It runs on Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), which facilitates our riding addiction. That is why our maps also include where all of the local CNG stations are located.

Take a guess at what the license plate reads: G8RBMX, of course!

When you see our “Green Machine,” you know that we are ready to have fun!
